Acting Fast in a Water Emergency

Acting fast is key to recovery from a situation such as this.

It only takes a few minutes for the devastating effects of a broken sprinkler line to cause havoc for any business. This water damage to a hotel occurred in less than 5 minutes and if it was not for the quick response of the employees, it would have been much worse.

This hotel had a SERVPRO emergency readiness plan (ERP) and the employees knew where and how to shut off the water. While there was certainly a disruption to the business, they were able to remain open and operate while SERVPRO  did the rest. Partnerships which develop through ERPs allow for a better response from employees and allow a business to get back up and running faster. Speed to any emergency is the key and SERVPRO is faster to any disaster.
