Preventive Maintenance to Reduce Dryer Fires

This pictures indicates the amount of lint that can be extracted from a commercial dryer ducting system. Regular maintenance reduces risk.

Most dryer fires occur from a build-up of lint within the ducting system. Unable to properly vent, the temperature rises to a dangerous level eventually overheating which can ignite into a fire. The picture below is lint and dust that our machine was able to extract from a commercial dryer ducting system following a recent service call at a hotel in Scranton.
